Killing Joke covers collected, part 5: 2017

We’re behind on our annual collection of Killing Joke covers we’ve found on YouTube. Enjoy:

Eagle-eyed reader Marty O’Connor recommended the band Eagulls and their version of “Requiem.”

1997EV did a music video for their cover of “The Wait,” clocking in at over 12 minutes of industrial harshness.

Gerry O’Neil recorded his own, mellow version of “In Cythera.” Jaz Coleman himself approved of it in another YouTube video.

The last three are all live recordings:

StrawDogs performed their cover of “Complications.”

Hysteresys did “Millenium” at their gig somewhere in France.

Burning Image played “We Have Joy” in Hollywood.
