Welcome back to the newsletter, highlighting what’s new and exciting at the blog since the last update and in the new year.
I’ve been running a few lists over the years, one being collections of music compilations that are free to download. I put up the last one in December of 2019. That one has a bit of variety in it, instead of just being a list of metal compilations.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a Killing Joke freak. I’ve been expressing that on the blog with lists of Killing Joke cover versions from YouTube. The sixth list is up on the blog. There’s some good stuff in there, such as Helmet’s version of the song “Requiem.”
The featured video at the blog is of the rap artist K-Beta, here playing in between acts at a gig he hosted in Virginia.
