Most of the songs on Bombs Not Ballots are under the two-minute mark. While Might Makes Right describes itself as thrash/powerviolence, to D.U.‘s ears, the band mixes some grind and a lot of hardcore for an energy-packed listen. There’s some dynamic on a song like “Hulk Smash” but mostly the record’s balls-out. Sound good?
The 17-track CD is out now on Violated Records, limited to 500, and is up on the group’s Bandcamp. The band also put up the opening track for free download.
