D.U. doesn’t cover indie rock much around here (with exceptions such as the exceptional Lemuria), but we appreciated it when The Static by Hushdrops arrived in our mailbox.
The latest album from the three-piece is packed full of laid back indie rock with a live feel, with hints of things such as The Lemonheads here and there, along with some keyboards and acoustic guitars as much as electric.
