It’s a happy day at D.U. when a new Voivod record is announced. Century Media Records posted this month that The Wake is coming out September 21, 2018. Preorders are up at the record label’s webstore, including an option to get a companion 7”, Always Moving.
The band has a new video for a track from the record, “Obsolete Beings.” It sounds like the current Target Earth and Post Society direction of the band, which is great:
