The Problem With Kids Today comes back on their terms with “Take It!”

The Problem With Kids Today is a hot topic, and maybe always was, but we’re concerned with the band of the same name. The Connecticut group’s third album, Take It!, is a fun, garage rock, youthful indie album. The band co-produced and also released it, adding to all that. The group takes inspiration from Brit rock and pop, from the image to the attitude and the songs. It’s lo-fi and hi-energy.

The band has released a few videos for the record and I think I like the band more after watching them. The group started with “I Dunno,” below:

Take It! is out on CD and digital from In the Shed Records (referring to the shed in the guitarist’s backyard where the band recorded the album).
